Our proactive support is available to business and home users throughout Devon and parts of Cornwall
For Home Users we can offer ad-hoc support. All costs are given up front and it costs as little as £19.99 to look at your problem.
Business Users benefit from our Best Practice Service Level Agreements, guaranteeing the TCoDT (Total Cost of Down Time) is kept to a minimum
The latest IT Support and Network Security best practices are bought to you by the Digital Jedi team
The Digital Jedi have on staff several CEH (Certified Ethical Hackers) who can provide extensive network security testing and policy implementation.
Keep the Total Cost of Down Time (TCoDT) to a minimum with the use of Service Levels that guarantee engineer action within a specific time frame based on the package you choose.
If you need reports on anything from network downtime to end user computer use, we can produce customised reports on a daily, weekly, monthly or ad-hoc basis.
Unlike many IT Support Providers, our Best Practice Policy, features a full escalation path for every support ticket ensuring that difficult to diagnose/cure problems are pushed to the correct engineer.
The dedicated support system allows all staff to submit a support ticket for action by our engineers and for your office manager to view all submitted support tickets.
The cost of Equipment Disposal is set to rise during 2013, with all companies being forced to comply with WEEE regulations. As part of your support contract we can ensure the correct disposal of any hardware at a low cost.
The majority of our support work can be done by remote support. We access your machine as though the engineer was sat at your desk. This cuts down on response time and solves issues faster.
Of course we also offer support over the phone to our Business Contract Customers. Often we are able to diagnose and provide a quick solution over the phone. Either way, if you have an emergency, pick up the phone!

With the new logo now finalised and already on our new website, we’ve taken the opportunity to upgrade our work wear. We already wear Black Cargo Trousers and Polo Shirts, so the change of logo to the updated style was a simple one to make. You may still see our engineers wearing the old logo Polo Tops for a while. This is part of our economic review. What do you think? Do you like the new logo tops?
